Definitely the best English language school I have attended in Belgrade so far. I have never felt so motivated to go to classes as in this school. The groups are small, the atmosphere in classes is relaxed, but the students are always involved and learning. Teacher Mirjana is very determined to get the maximum from every student. If being shy has ever been one of your problems, this school is the place where you can put an end to it!

The choice of learning material is excellent. Texts are contemporary, up-to-date and suitable for the type of course you attend. Focus is always on improving the skills students need to make further progress in learning the language, for work or to pass exams.

The approach to learning in this school perfectly suited my needs and I found it really easy to learn new things. I learnt despite the fact that I couldn't devote much time to learning at home due to my obligations. Contemporary methods of learning, the teacher's expertise and long experience, as well as the pleasant atmosphere and a lovely interior are some of the things I found attractive about this school. I have had an opportunity to attend English language classes held by teacher Mirjana Milenić, at World of Words language school and I can say that they are extremely well-designed and offer a lot of practical content which can be used in real life.

The atmosphere in classes is that of friendship and creativity, and there is frankness in communication between the teacher and the students which can be seen, among other things, in the teacher’s readiness to attend to every question and dilemma expressed by the students. It is this approach that has helped me to raise my level of knowledge and gain a lot of self-confidence in communication in English.

I’ve been learning English for over 10 years, and out of these 10, I’ve been at Word World school for 6 years. What I like the most and where I saw a marked progress in my knowledge was that it only took me a few months at this school to finally start speaking fluently and communicating in English, which used to be a problem before. What contributed to this was not only a large vocabulary for everyday use that we gradually built up in classes, but also my better knowledge of tenses which I previously thought of as unimportant.

Also, In addition to my improved vocabulary, after putting in some extra effort, I noticed a huge improvement in writing, which was really bad before. It is interesting that writing practice in English helped me develop my own style and turn around my performance in Serbian written tests. Now, after 6 years of intensive studying, I have passed the FCE and CAE exams and I plan to continue perfecting my English.
